Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. Regular users benefit from creating an account in our shop so that shipping details etc are already known buy the system.

We accept Visa and Mastercard, Switch & Solo via SagePay. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order by separate email and confirm delivery date to you. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20.00% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

AIT uses the SagePay Payment Gateway for all its online payment transactions. SagePay has achieved the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI). They adhere to the most stringent levels of fraud screening, ensuring that customer's details remain secure throughout the transaction process.

All transaction information passed between www.aitdirect and the SagePay VSP Systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to our servers from SagePay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering.

Returns Policy

If you change your mind and wish to return the ordered goods we will charge you the cost of returning the item(s). We will only charge you the costs involved in returning the items.

If your item is faulty, please contact us and we will attempt to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved we will issue a returns number and arrange a collection of the faulty goods.
