Amulet KVM Over IP Extender

The DXR4-iP is a quad-head PC-over-IP portal (receiver) specifically designed for use with back-racked workstations and remotely located computers.

The portal connects to an Amulet Hotkey PC-over-IP (transmitter) over a standard LAN or WAN network and provides support for four 1900 x 1200 flat panel monitors, high definition audio and all USB peripherals.

The PC-over-IP protocol is robust, highly secure and adapts dynamically to network conditions providing the best possible user experience using the minimum of bandwidth.

The DXR4-iP is a 'stateless' device. It has no onboard data memory and uses a secure firmware based operating system that cannot be hacked and requires no maintenance.

Whilst providing support for the full range of USB devices, the portal can be set to limit access only to approved peripherals. This management is performed by the portal - not the host workstation, adding an additional layer of security.
