Delivery
We endeavour to deliver your order right away. If your item is in stock we will normally send your order to you in 3 business days (via our 'standard' delivery service). If your order is urgent we can deliver in-stock items next day. In some cases we may be able to ship orders next day directly from our suppliers. Deliveries are made via our courier 'Interlink' and are trackable, Delivery costs are based on package weights. i.e.
For items weighing up to 10.00kg delivery cost is £6.50
For items weighing up to 20.00kg delivery cost is £15.00
For items weighing up to 30.00kg delivery cost is £20.00
For items weighing up to 50.00kg delivery cost is £40.00
For items weighing up to 100.00kg delivery cost is £70.00
Free standing cabinet delivery costs £50 per cabinet and is to a ground floor goods in or reception. We can also arrange flat-packing for cabinets, please contact us if this is required.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Returns
If your item is faulty and you wish to return it, please contact us on 08450 177 017 or email info@aitdirect.co.uk and we will arrange a collection of the goods.
